    ** Print as many of these forms as you need, 1 per horse.  If you choose to fax this registration form to us be aware that your horse will not be placed in the catalog or line up until all of your horse consignment requirements are satisfied (No. 1-4 above).   Original registration papers must be in our office and approved before the cut off date (No Copies).  It is permitted to send or fax a copy of your Coggins Test and health certificate to the office, you will need your original Coggins and health certificate with your horses as you travel (state law).  Horses without proper and completed papers will not be included in the sale.  Call if you have questions.
